Pregnancy compression socks for swollen, tired legs
Our maternity compression socks give 20-30 mmHg graduated compression, snuggest at the ankle and easing toward the knee. Made for months 3 to 9, with two pairs in every order.
For the days your ankles disappear by dinnertime.

Are these socks right for you?
Best for
- Feet and ankles that are puffy by the end of the day
- Long shifts, errands, or travel on your feet
- Having a clean pair ready while the other dries
Maybe not for
- Moms who’d rather wear hosiery: see our maternity support hose
- Belly or back support: try our maternity support bands
Find your size in two measurements
Compression only works when it fits, and your size applies to both pairs. Measure first thing in the morning, before swelling sets in: your ankle at its narrowest and your calf at its widest. Pick the row where both land.
| Size | Ankle | Calf |

| S | 6.5 to 8.5 in17 to 22 cm | 11 to 16.5 in21 to 41 cm |

Questions moms ask about compression socks
What does 20-30 mmHg mean?
It’s how firmly the sock squeezes your leg. These are graduated, so the squeeze is strongest at your ankle and lightens toward your knee.
When in pregnancy can I wear them?
They’re made for month 3 through month 9. For questions about compression in your own pregnancy, your doctor or midwife is the best person to ask.
Do both pairs come in the same size?
Yes. Pick one size and both pairs, the black and the white, arrive in it. The What’s Included tab shows both.
How can I get pregnancy compression socks through insurance?
Many insurance plans cover maternity compression the same way they cover a breast pump. Start your order and we’ll take it from there: we check your coverage, handle the paperwork, and ship your socks right to your door.
