Order Processing Policy
We strive to efficiently process all orders within a timeframe of 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once we have received your order confirmation email. However, please bear in mind that the processing duration may be subject to variations depending on the availability of the specific product. Once your order is shipped, you should promptly receive an email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow a maximum of 24 hours for the tracking data to be updated and reflect the accurate status of your shipment.
Orders Billed to Insurance
For orders billed to insurance, we can not ship your order until we have verified your insurance coverage (typically within 48 business hours). We will also need to receive a complete medical prescription (if required) and then must abide by any waiting periods specified by your insurance company.
Shipping to the Customer
For our items covered by insurance, shipping to the customer is complimentary.
For orders experiencing shipment delays due to availability, we recommend selecting Standard Ground Shipping.
Please note that expedited shipping options may not accelerate the shipment of items with limited stock.
Expedited shipping is not guaranteed and is non-refundable, in accordance with the policies of our shipping carriers.
We offer the convenience of in-store/local pickup at our main office located at 431 Chestnut St, Emmaus, PA 18049.

We provide international shipping exclusively for APO/FPO mailing addresses.
Please be aware that once your order reaches the destination country, it may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other charges.
These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer, and The Breastfeeding Shop cannot be held accountable for them.
Checking Order Status
You may check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
You should also receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Customers have the option to cancel their purchase orders until the order reaches the “Pending Fulfillment” stage.
Once the order is being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.
However, if you still wish to cancel the order, you may return it at your own expense. Please note that restocking fees may apply.
