A wearable that won’t spill, even lying down
The Willow 360 Wearable Breast Pump pumps into self-sealing bags, so Willow rates it leak-proof in any position: bending over, working out or lying on the couch.
Pump through the parts of your day that never stay upright.

Is the Willow 360 right for you?
Best for
- Pumping while you move: bending, lifting, lying down, working out
- Pouring nothing: milk goes straight into a sealed storage bag
- Seeing your output as you pump, on your phone or Apple Watch
- Larger breasts: Willow says it fits G and H cups
Maybe not for
- Making more than 4 oz a side most sessions: the Willow Go takes 7 oz cups
- Skipping bags to restock: the Willow Go pours from reusable cups
Bend, lie back, chase your toddler
Willow’s latch seals the pump to a Spill-Proof Milk Bag, so milk can’t slosh out when you tip forward. Prefer reusable cups? They fit too, sold separately, and stay leak-proof up to 180°.
- Sealed bags
- Leak-proof in any position, and ready to go in the fridge or freezer.
- Or reusable cups
- Leak-proof up to 180°, for days you’d rather not use bags.
- Stops when full
- At 4 oz a side it shuts off. Swap the bag and keep going.

The pump does the adjusting
- Smart Suction
- It senses your let-down and switches from stimulation to expression on its own.
- Live milk volume
- Sensors send how much you’ve pumped to the Willow app as you go, no typing it in.
- Phone or Apple Watch
- Change suction or stop a session without reaching under your shirt.
- 360 Care
- A 1:1 video session with a Willow coach to help you get started and find your size.
Two ways to collect, one app
Sealed bags come in the box (24 of them). Willow’s reusable containers fit the same pump when you want to pour instead.

Willow 360 or Willow Go?
Both Willow pumps fit fully in your bra and work with the Willow app. The 360 is the one you can bend and lie down in; the Go is simpler, lower-priced and holds more.

Questions moms ask about the Willow 360
How much does the Willow 360 Wearable Breast Pump cost with insurance?
With insurance, the Willow 360 Wearable Breast Pump costs $216.99 to $416.99, depending on your plan. Plans add an upgrade fee for this pump. Check your coverage and we’ll tell you your exact cost before you order.
How strong is the Willow 360 suction?
Up to 245 mmHg across 7 levels, Willow says, and Smart Suction moves from stimulation to expression on its own when it detects let-down. That is a lower maximum than the Spectra S1 and S2 at 270 mmHg and the Willow Go at 295. Compare maximums only; a higher number does not mean a pump empties better.
Is the Willow 360 the same as the Willow 3.0, and how is it different from the Willow Go?
Yes, it is the same pump: Willow renamed the 3.0 the Willow 360 and added 360 Care, its onboarding support. Versus the Willow Go, the 360 uses sealed bags that stay leak-proof in any position and tracks volume live, while the Go has the higher maximum suction and pours from reusable cups.
How do you assemble the Willow 360?
Assembly with milk bags takes four steps, from Willow’s guide for the Willow 3.0, now the 360. 1. Push the Flextube tip onto the flange spout and slide the collar into the top of the flange until it clicks. 2. Press the blue thumb pad, slide the flange door up, drape the bag over the flange with “this side up” facing away, and press the bag valve onto the Flextube collar. 3. Close the door, pressing the center of the bag into the flange and tucking its edges under the tabs. 4. Line the flange’s bottom tab up with the slot on the pump and snap the two together from bottom to top.
How do you clean the Willow 360?
Separate the flange, Flextube and any container from the pump, soak them in mild dish soap for at least 5 minutes, brush for about 60 seconds, rinse and air dry, Willow’s guide says. The parts can go on the top rack of the dishwasher. Never wash the pump itself; wipe the front with a damp cloth. Milk bags are single-use.
What parts does the Willow 360 have, and when do they need replacing?
Willow says you only wash two parts, the flange and the Flextube, plus a container if you pump into cups. It recommends replacing pump parts about every 90 days, flanges and Flextubes every 3 months or sooner if they show wear. Replacement parts are sold at onewillow.com, and 360 parts do not fit the Willow Go. Call or message us if you are not sure what you need.
What flange size does the Willow 360 use?
The box has 24 mm flanges and 21 mm inserts, and Willow sells flanges in 21, 24 and 27 mm plus sizing inserts separately. Willow also offers a sizing session with its 360 Care coach.
How long does the battery last, and how do you charge it?
Up to 5 sessions per charge, Willow says. Use only Willow’s charger, because Willow says third-party chargers void the warranty. Willow doesn’t publish a charge time.
How loud is the Willow 360?
Willow doesn’t publish a decibel rating for the 360.
Is the Willow 360 hospital grade?
Willow’s page calls the 360’s suction “hospital-grade” and its FAQ says it is comparable to most double-electric and hospital-grade pumps, with a published maximum of 245 mmHg. We do not call it hospital grade; we describe it by that published number.
Can I pump lying down with the Willow 360?
Willow says yes with its sealed milk bags: the latch is leak-proof in any position, from bending over to lying down. Reusable cups are leak-proof up to 180°. Wear a snug pumping bra so the pumps stay seated.
Do I have to use the milk bags, and what if I make more than 4 oz a side?
No, Willow’s reusable containers fit too (sold separately). Bags and containers hold 4 oz a side, 8 oz total, and the pump stops when one is full, so swap in a fresh bag and keep going. If that happens most sessions, the Willow Go holds up to 7 oz a side.
